CANCELLATION POLICY At Yutori Aesthetics Spa, we value our time and commitment to our clients. To ensure fairness and availability, we enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. • A credit card is required to book all appointments and will be securely stored on file for future bookings and enforcing our cancellation policy. • Any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. Cancellations due to illness, emergency, or inclement, weather will be a evaluated on a case by case basis. **Clients who cancel consecutive appointments will be required to provide a 50% deposit to secure future bookings.**
